CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation or Modification:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us via email at bablisarkar.up@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9875569663 within 2–3 hours of placing the order.

2. Before Dispatch:
Cancellations made before the order is handed over to the courier are eligible for a full refund.

3. After Dispatch:
Once the order has been dispatched or courier booking is initiated, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Courier Delays:
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services. Orders cannot be canceled due to such delays.

5. Prepaid Orders – Cancellation Before Shipping:
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method if canceled before shipment.

6. Prepaid Orders – Cancellation After Shipping:
If canceled after dispatch, a refund will be processed after the product is returned to us and passes quality inspection.

7. Shipping Charges:
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Timeline & Method:
Refunds will be processed and credited within 10 working days to the original payment method (in applicable cases).

2. Non-Refundable Charges:
Shipping and COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Tampered Packages:
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse delivery and email us at bablisarkar.up@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will initiate a free replacement at no additional cost.

4. Replacement Timeline:
Once the damage is confirmed and the return is picked up, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability.

5. Quality Check:
Returned products must pass a quality check by our team before any refund or replacement is initiated.

6. Refunds for Returns:
Refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds for return-based cases.

7. Return Shipping Charges:
Return shipping costs of Rs. 200/- are to be borne by the customer.

8. Store Credit Issuance:
Store credits are applicable only for the product value. Shipping charges will not be included.

RETURN POLICY

● International Orders:
Returns and exchanges are not available for international shipments. For queries or clarity before ordering, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp.

● Domestic Orders:
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

○ The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

○ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

○ A valid reason and supporting images (if damaged) must be shared via email.
